  • Sputtering technique
  • Transparent conducting oxides (TCO) thin films: ITO, ZnO and doped ZnO thin films (AZO, GZO, IGZO).
  • Memory thin films (ReRAM): Transition metal oxide thin films (ZnO, TiO2, CrOx…)
